The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• A minimum of grade 12 certificate
•  Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, FSC, and SFI Chain of Custody requirements
• Good product knowledge
• Analytical abilities
• Minimum of 5 years experience within manufacturing
• Auditing experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Computer Literate
• Client Liaison
